Stationery questions
Yes. Within Jinja we deliver to your office or school gate. To Iganga, Kamuli, Mayuge and Bugiri we send by bus, and to Kampala by courier. Delivery is quoted separately and settled on collection.
For schools, NGOs and established businesses ordering regularly, yes — talk to us at the counter and we will set terms in writing. First orders are cash or mobile money.
Two to three weeks if the covers are branded, because the printing and binding sit inside that window. Plain stock we can usually pull together in a few days.
Unopened, undamaged stationery can be exchanged within 14 days with the receipt. Anything printed to your own design is non-returnable, which is exactly why we insist on a proof first.
